Added a sistrip detecor as part of a LUME.

bjoj requested to merge r2e_sistrip1 into master

This loads a sistrip01 detector if it exists.

I'm a bit unsure about the output when I test it.

Events: 99948, Hits: 0

Does this means that it sees the events but does not process the events?
