Implement the new csv data file

Requirements :

Data has to be updated by new data, that contains additionally the magnitude of each tsunami.

User story :

As a tsunami researcher, I want to be able to see the magnitude of each tsunami in order to see how much every country is affected.

Acceptance Criteria :

• magnitude attribute is accessible
• update disaster-class
• update test cases
