Add Standalone On/Off Control

Part of requirement FR3 ↗

User Story: As a user, I want to turn my device on or off using the system's remote control interface without a mobile device connection, so that I can easily control my device.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The terminal's leftmost side button corresponds to power on/off.
• The button has a corresponding label on-screen.
