Add Device Selection

Part of requirement FR1 ↗

User Story: As a user, I want to select a specific device from the system interface, so that the correct IR signals are sent to control that device.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The app should have a list of all configurations that exist locally.
• The app can switch between saved configurations.
• Local configurations can be deleted.
• Upon successful remote cloning, save the configuration locally.
