Add Wireless Mobile Device Pairing

User Story: As a user, I want to be able to wirelessly pair my mobile device with the system so that I can access further remote control functionality.

Acceptance Criteria:

• When initiating a connection, the app moves to a screen with connection instructions.
• If no configuration or Wi-Fi connection is present on the terminal, display a set-up screen.
• The app and the terminal communicate using a network protocol.
• The app logs every message it publishes.
• The app logs every message recieved from a topic it subscribes to.
• The terminal logs every message it publishes.
• The terminal logs every message recieved from a topic it subscribes to.
